- You will receive a welcome email with a Health History and Coaching Form.
- Fill out the emailed forms and attach them in the email. Send back to me.
- You will receive a calendar invite to schedule a FREE consultation. A Zoom link will be provided.
- Attend our 1-hour FREE consult. We will discuss your health goals and I tell you how I can help.
- You personal health plan will be created along with Functional Medicine testing recommendations.
- We will have weekly Zoom meetings to keep you on track, and discuss your progress.
- After coaching is done, you have the power, education, and understanding for healing.
